A large objective changes the scale of the problem

If the goal is meaningful — housing, a scalable business, a new material system — one approval issue or supplier failure becomes one workstream rather than the end of the vision.

Every constraint has an owner

Some problems are technical, some contractual, some financial and some simply require a decision. Naming the category and the responsible person usually makes the next step clearer.

Stay ambitious and evidence-led

My preferred development method is iterative: define the question, build or source a representative prototype, record the variables, test the outcome, document failures as well as successes, then decide whether the idea deserves another cycle. In construction that scientific mindset sits alongside commercial reality. A material can be technically interesting and still fail on labour, programme, certification, supply chain, insurance or cost. The useful answer is the whole-system answer.
